Our segmented production bases focus on different core products: one for pliers, wire strippers, crimpers and pump pliers, the other for heavy-duty bolt cutters, cable cutters and wire rope cutters, ensuring refined craftsmanship and stable quality.
With a 28,000㎡ factory area and 22+ advanced automated production lines, we control the entire production process from product design and raw material processing to finished product delivery and testing. This one-stop model enables us to optimize every link of quality management and achieve continuous product improvement, meeting the high standards of global professional users.
We prioritize product quality and performance, using premium materials including CR-V, CRMO, 4Cr13, 55# steel and 65 Mn steel. Adopting forging, high-temperature quenching, double-hardened blade edges and laser quenching technologies, our tools feature phosphating/electroplating/blackening surface treatment, ergonomic eco-friendly TPR grips and 35% labor-saving design—our cutting tools even support 50,000+ cuts for long-term use.
Our full product range covers V/U/X series pliers, 1000V VDE-certified insulated electrical tools, automatic wire strippers, bolt cutters, water pump pliers, voltage testers and more, complying with EN 60900/IEC 60900 international standards. With over 20 years of expertise, Jiangsu Norix Tools Co., Ltd. was founded in Xuzhou—China’s hardware manufacturing core—and began with a mission to craft high-precision, durable professional hand tools for global users. Starting with a small-scale pliers production workshop, we focused on honing forging and precision machining craftsmanship, built strict quality control systems, and gradually expanded our product line to wire strippers, crimpers and basic electrical tools, laying a solid foundation for quality and technical capability.
A key milestone followed as we established two specialized manufacturing facilities in Xuzhou, dividing production between precision hand tools and heavy-duty cutting tools to boost specialization and efficiency. We then expanded our factory to 28,000㎡ with 22+ automated production lines, achieving one-stop R&D, production, testing and delivery.
We accelerated global certification efforts, earning 30+ international certifications (including VDE) and 200+ qualifications, and grew to serve 400+ global customers. We kept innovating product design, adding ergonomic TPR grips, 35% labor-saving mechanisms and double-hardened blades to our tools.
